Arthouse79

Arthouse79 is a real digital twin — locked, anchored and geolocated to its physical location. Built from point cloud data and 3-axis sectional extraction, it exists as a virtual model you can walk through, aligned exactly with the physical space it mirrors.

Anyone with a VR headset, anywhere in the world, can step inside it. But the piece is designed to be appreciated fully in one place: standing inside the physical building it maps, where the virtual walls line up with the real ones closely enough to reach out and touch them, and the virtual stairs are the stairs under your feet.

While this artwork can be viewed by anyone with a VR headset, anywhere in the world, it can only truly be appreciated when you are physically located within it — able to reach out and touch the virtual walls, and actually walk up the virtual stairs.
